Our Story
Paul & I met back on the early 00s. We were friends for a long time and then in 2008 we became a couple. We were married in 2010 and Sam came along in 2013. After being told we couldn't have kids, this was a lovely surprise! Sam is as mad as a box of frogs and as a child dealing with high functioning ADHD & Autism, he's also clever, funny and thinks outside the box. He certainly keeps us on our toes!
Both Paul and I have itchy feet and love to travel. We have a bucket list a mile long, but when you're a slave to school holidays and huge prices hikes during these times, it's not easy. Or cheap. So, we like to book out of season, find ways to get good deals and save money...and sometimes we have the odd splurge!
We love Castles - be it a Royal Heritage Landmark or Sleeping Beauty's. We enjoy good value family days out with lots of lovely interactive elements for our soon to be 12 year old. He loves nothing more than a treasure hunt or trail.
